What to See and Do in Region 7 Central Lower Michigan
 In operation since 1876, the lighthouse is the feature of the Tawas Point State Park, situated on a 200 acre peninsula that defines the southeast boundary of Tawas Bay. The 70 foot lighthouse is open for tours six days a week from May through September. |

Our 118 acres, 102,000 square feet of indoor exhibition space, two indoor horse arenas, a grandstand that seats 3,800 people and a half-mile race track, bring in thousands of people from across the country every year for a range of events and activities. |
