We specialize in beginner lessons. We teach everyone how to be safe while riding by understanding the human/horse relationship. From there we build on the body communication with the horse and teach how to ride using your body to guide your horse. All this while using basic Dressage principals. Further, we do not instruct with bits in the horse’s mouths! This makes for happier horses when new hands are guiding them!

We pride ourselves on our ability to positively reinforce these skills to our clients. We never yell or insult.

Our lesson horses are kind and responsive. From our Haflingers to our Appaloosas to our Rocky Mountain to our Connemara and a Tennessee Walker cross, you will love each and every one of them! Call us and see which horse is available to be your perfect partner.

Our lessons are 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes are spent grooming/preparing your horse for your lesson. We feel it is very important to build the client’s relationship with the horse on the ground as well as in the saddle.
