60 downhill runs, our commitment to skiing is every bit as strong as it's always been. When snowboarding came along, we were quick to welcome new generations of riders to the slopes - and to make way for seven terrain parks where skiers and snowboarders alike could catch air and push winter's boundaries.

Established in 2003, Lavender Hill Farm is just minutes from Petoskey and Charlevoix. We are the largest commercial lavender farm in Michigan. Visitors can enjoy a tour of the fields, join us for Fridays on the Farm or Lunch in Lavender, or cut a u-pick bouquet.

Annual Boyne Falls Polish Festival! The festival is held in downtown Boyne Falls.

Candlelight Hike

Join Charlevoix Recreation and Visit Charlevoix and experience the magic of snowshoeing, hiking or cross-country skiing on candle-lit trails. You set your own pace on this self-guided journey. Follow the candlelight to a roaring fire and hot chocolate. The hike will begin at the sledding hill parking lot. The event takes place between 5 - 8 PM.

Since 1978 The Boss Family Christmas Display has filled our hearts with holiday spirit. Many have grown up visiting each year. The display includes both nostalgic and current characters. Plan on visiting any night until the first of the new year. Open every night at 9336 Pearl St. in Charlevoix MI 49720.

Charlevoix Apple Fest is a fall harvest celebration which includes activities for the entire family. You won’t want to miss the holiday art & craft show in East Park featuring 125 exhibitor booths.

The Harvest Festival is held in Boyne City's downtown with music, crafts and fall produce, and is jointly organized by Boyne City Main Street and the Boyne Area Chamber. The entire Boyne City Farmers Market will move to Water and Lake Streets from 8 a.m. to noon.
