Summertime Festivals in Michigan are amazing! We have fruit harvesting festivals including the National Blueberry Festival in South Haven and the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City. There are festivals celebrating the water including boating, sailing, fishing everything for the Nautical lovers - lets be honest in Michigan has something for everyone! We also have 4th of July and Labor Day celebrations and some of the best County Fairs which you won't want to miss.

Labor Day Weekend Fairgrove Bean Festival is Labor Day Weekend. Saturday afternoon Mud Bog, Sunday evening Demolition Derby by Unique Motor Sports, fireworks at 9:30 on Sunday night…Monday is the parade and Chicken BBQ…free bean soup every day, craft show, bingo and crowning of the Michigan Bean Queen. |
Labor Day Weekend Romeo’s Michigan Peach Festival is held every Labor Day weekend, You will enjoy parades, bed races, craft shows, and much more. This is a fun event for the whole family. |
August 19 - 21, 2022 Each year during the third weekend in August we celebrate a part of our local heritage, wild blueberries. An art fair, entertainment, and wonderful local food are part of the festivities. The celebration also showcases informative programs of music, nature, and lore all featuring local history. |

The Coloma Glad-Peach Festival is an annual celebration of the gladiolus flowers and peaches, which are both grown locally. The festival is held the first weekend in August, and provides three days of family friendly fun for all ages. |

August 10th – 15th 2021 Fairs in Mason County can be traced back to the 1870s. However the present location hosted it’s first fair in 1936. The fair was discontinued for five years during the height of the Great Depression, but in 1936 the Western Michigan Fair Association was formed. |
