Blueberry Festivals

The Harrietta Blueberry Festival began in 2007 when local residents wanted to organize an event to bring community members together. Choosing a locally grown product to celebrate provided a great reason to have games, live music, a parade and of course blueberry pancakes, pies and sundaes.

The Bocock’s and extended family have been in the blueberry business for over 35 years and are dedicated to growing healthy families, and making memories worth repeating. Bumbleberry Acres is family owned and located near the shores of Lake Michigan, in beautiful South Haven.
August 16 - 18, 2024
Each year during the third weekend in August we celebrate a part of our local heritage, wild blueberries. An art fair, entertainment, and wonderful local food are part of the festivities. The celebration also showcases informative programs of music, nature, and lore all featuring local history.

Montrose Blueberry Festival featuring two parades, a blueberry mud bog, blueberry pancake breakfast, a blueberry festival Road Race (both a 5k and 8k route), wine & cheese tasting night, movie night, road race expo and so much more!

The annual Blueberry Festival in Downtown Marquette. Washington and Front streets will be bustling with sidewalk sales, food vendors, artists, demonstrations, pony rides, inflatable arcade games, and activities for children and families.

South Haven is proud to be known as the "Blueberry Capital of the World" because Michigan, and particularly Van Buren County, ranks as the nation's leading producer. The four day Blueberry festival will be held in various locations in and out of doors in the Lake Michigan Beachtown community of South Haven, Michigan.
