Memorial Weekend Each year on Memorial Day weekend, thousands of people from across the globe gather in the birthplace of Techno to celebrate the heritage of Detroit and its musical influence over countless generations, new and old. |
May 25 & 26, 2024 Held on the Saturday and Sunday of the Memorial Weekend Holiday, this year’s show will host over 100 crafter booths in Shoreline Park in Tawas City, right off of US-23. Be sure to come out and browse through their beautiful and unique hand-made arts and crafts. |
Please join us in honoring those who have lost their lives serving our country at the annual Downtown Holland Memorial Day Parade. The parade starts at 9am, Monday, Memorial Day.The procession begins at the corner of 8th Street and Central Avenue and continues on to Pilgrim Home Cemetery on 16h Street, where a brief ceremony will take place. |
A brief and informal Memorial Day observance to pay tribute to the soldiers who served at Fort Mackinac. Soldiers will assemble at 8:30 a.m. at the Fort Mackinac Avenue of Flags, march to the Post Cemetery, perform a short ceremony and salute, and return to the fort. |
