October 3 - 6, 2024

Join us the first week of October for the annual The Tuscola County Pumpkin Festival is the premier fall festival in the Thumb of Michigan. The festival brings the beauty of Fall to downtown Caro with painted and decorated pumpkins from area schools.

Open from May through October depending on the picking seasons. Ed Dunneback & Girls Farm Market have fruits and vegetables available in season, both already-picked or u-pick.

Experience 14 acres of A-Maze-in fun in southeast Michigan! Test your navigational skills and see who can make it out of the maze first. Or just enjoy a leisurely walk with friends and family while enjoying the twist and turns of the corn maze. Get stuck?

The St. Joseph County Grange Fair in Centreville,Michigan includes nightly Grandstand Events sure to excite the entire family. Don't miss it.

Clinton Michigan draws tens of thousands of visitors to their little village next to the River Raisin in northeastern Lenawee County each fall. What began as a way to help local merchants attract business in 1973 has grown to a three day extravaganza!

Michigan Apple Festival - Sparta, Michigan

1st Weekend of October

Scarecrow Festival is a family event for all ages – a fall festival featuring Scarecrow Contest | Dog Costume contest | children’s area with games/rides carnival | local and regional musical acts | Scarecrow Idol contest, and many other events.

Apple barn and bakery will open in late August. More Fall Fun begins in September with the opening of our Petting Farm, Apple Orchard, Pumpkin Patch, Wagon Rides, Corn Maze and all of the family activities in Pumpkin Lane. Check website for exact dates and hours of operation

Each fall West Michigan gathers Riverside Park Grand Rapids for Octoboerfest! A festival the celebrates BEER, well not really. The celebration of Oktoberfest started in Bavaria (southern Germany) but has become loved all around the world as a celebration of good beer, good food, and warm camaraderie among friends.

The Onekama Fall Festival takes place every year in the Village Park with lots of free activities and fun! Featuring scarecrows, hay rides, pumpkin decorating and events.
This event is fun for the whole family.

Open Mid September through October (check website for details). Admission to the Wild Pumpkin includes our Petting farm, Wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick pumpkins and to the corn maze, the Corn maze, our Playground, Corn box and Hay maze!

Abandoned Acres Farm is located on Fruit Ridge Ave only 10 minutes north of Grand Rapids, MI. Our autumn extravaganza showcases all that is fall in Michigan. Main Street is lined with homemade scarecrows created by community members and businesses. Prizes will be awarded to the top three scarecrows.

Every year we are open, we have more fun that the year before. We expect this year to be the same. Our maze, pumpkin patch, and horse drawn wagon rides all waiting for you still at the same low prices as the day we opened in 2007 (see details below).

Award winning barbecue will once again be smokin' up Main Street from Grand River to First Street; serving up ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, pork tenderloin, sweet treats, specialty mac n' cheese and much more. Come and check out some amazing vendors, and put in your vote for the People's Choice Best Barbecue!

Each paid child's ticket includes a free, locally grown pumpkin the kids can pick from our Pumpkin Patch at the end of the ride.
