The Country Mill orchard is the only mid-Michigan cider mill where a family can pick fresh apples, peaches, and blueberries at the same farm. We also offer our own locally grown vegetables such as sweet corn, winter squash, and pumpkins.
Having Family Fun since 1971! Our family is celebrating 50 years as stewards of The Country Mill which has been facilitating family fun on the farm and feeding families since the mid-1800s. We offer "family fun on the farm" for all ages at our cider mill, orchard, winery and farm market.

Join us for 5 days of family fun including exciting carnival rides, live entertainment, tractor pulls, horse racing, plenty of good food, and let’s not forget all of the competitions and agricultural exhibits. The Eaton County Fair is a family tradition in Charlotte and should not be missed!

Charlotte Bluegrass Festival is Michigan’s premier bluegrass festival celebrates years of bluegrass tradition! The Charlotte Bluegrass Festival, in Charlotte, Michigan, is delighted to host an annual weekend of music with some of the biggest names in bluegrass. Something for everyone and all of it good!
The historic courthouse square in downtown Charlotte holds the 1885 Renaissance Revival Eaton County Courthouse. On the National Register of Historic Places, the courthouse is now a museum, featuring the restored interior, circuit courtroom and offices.
The Country Mill’s mission is to create an environment for “family fun on the farm.”
Our priorities are:
* To produce fruits and vegetables of highest quality, with the least amount of off-farm inputs.
* To make it easy for our customers to have "fun on our farm" as they harvest and choose our products.
The Charlotte Performing Arts Center (opened October 2004) is an 825-seat performance and instructional venue located in Charlotte, Michigan. The auditorium is fully accessible with restrooms on all levels.
