With horseback, carriage, stagecoach, and hayrides to choose from, The Rockin' R is confident everybody will be able to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Northern Michigan.
Whichever ride you choose, you may also reserve breakfast or dinner along with your ride! The Rockin' R will cook your meal over an open campfire (weather permitting) and serve you country style! Or, if you prefer, you can bring your own viddles!
In the Winter months the Rockin' R Ranch & Rodeo offers sleigh rides, hayrides, sledding, toboggan everything for a good ole Country Christmas. The celebration will kick off on the 1st of December and run through January. Included in the fun will be sleigh rides, sledding, and hot dog roasts.
Get your flannels on, gather up your family and come on out to experience good ol’ country fun! The wranglers at The Rockin’ R are always happy to greet townfolk and outsiders alike! You’re always welcome to come and say “howdy” whether or not you ride. So grab your boots and don’t forget your hat!
The Rockin’ R is more than just a riding stable... It’s a western town with class! The Rockin' R is proud to announce the completion of their toboggan run, "The Duke"! During the winter months you will be able to ride the Rockin' R Express to the top of the hill and experience the thrill of good ol' country fun while blasting down this new run! After an afternoon of sledding, you can enjoy an old fashioned hot dog roast in The High Noon Saloon!
