We are a small winery with a hand-crafted approach to winemaking, located on the same 45th Parallel that runs through some of the great wine regions of the world. We produce classic varietal wines and fruit brandies of high character and balance.

Experience dry wine with 100% Michigan grapes from classic European varietals such as Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Enjoy wine carefully crafted in the French style to be complex, balanced and served with food. Try our award-winning wines to see why we are “Michigan Red Wine Specialists.”

Villa Mari founder Marty Lagina made the (some would say) crazy choice to grow grapes that shouldn't grow in Michigan, with the belief that he could produce world class wines that otherwise couldn't be made here. Our interest in wine came quite naturally, just like it does for most people, a cool, bright Riesling on a warm afternoon, a mammoth California Zinfandel with a pile of BBQ Ribs, and pretty much everything in-between.

WaterFire is family-owned and run by Chantal and Mike, who live on the vineyard with their son. As an environmental scientist and wine lover, grape growing resonated with Chantal as a way to connect herself and others with the land.

Willow Vineyards was established in 1992. It was and continues to be a work of passion and love, created and designed by John and Jo Crampton.
