The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership is thrilled to announce the Downtown Kalamazoo SkeleTour - a month-long celebration during October in downtown Kalamazoo. Downtown streets are adorned with skeletons representing great local businesses. From creepy and scary to funny and silly, there's a skeleton for every taste!

Kalamazoo Holiday Parade is full of beautiful floats, marching bands and even Santa Clause will wind through downtown Kalamazoo. The parade is a yearly tradition. Organizations, businesses, schools and colleges participate by hosting holiday community floats, marching bands, clowns, and other entertainment.

A packed gravel loop trail leads from the parking area to a viewing platform with breath-taking views of the marsh below. From that loop, a narrow dirt trail leads visitors down a slope and over a wooden bridge to a boardwalk through a large wetland.

If you find yourself craving a sugary delight at all odd hours of the day and night, Sweetwater's Donut Mill is the place for you to go. This family owned and run business has been booming for over 30 years and has steadily become known as one of the best donut stops in America.

The Henderson Castle is a registered National Historical Monument of the USA. Discover the architecture, the antics, delicious French-style cuisine with an American Flavor, or have your wedding here. The era of 1895.

Don't miss the NEXT BIG, HUGE CRAFT SHOW on September 24th at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center featuring crafters, artists and vendors from across the Midwest! Always free admission. The Kalamazoo River Valley Trail is free to use and has a paved-asphalt surface that is 12-feet wide. It's a multi-purpose trail for non-motorized transportation and recreation. Once complete, the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail will encompass 35 miles of trail throughout Kalamazoo County.
