Harrison

Snow Snake Ski and Golf has been serving Michigan since 1949. The Brockway family has owned and operated Snow Snake since 1957. There are six lifts serving 10 runs, including numerous terrain features, and a snow tubing park on 43 acres. The ski season runs November through March, weather permitting.

Harrison was originally founded as a lumber town, with sawmills located on the shores of Budd Lake. One of the lumber companies donated the land which is now Wilson State Park.

Lazy-K-Ranch started with a piece of land and a strong desire to go back to a much simpler place in time, a place where you new your neighbor, said hello to a stranger and woke up with the sounds of birds chirping and horses neighing. After growing up in Michigan, then relocating to Ft lauderdale, I longed to get back to the country.
