Dobber's Pasties has been in the family since it originally opened in Escanaba, Michigan in 1975, under the name of "The Red Onion Pasty Shop".

“The PASTY OVEN is a dream come true.” It started with Gene’s Mother’s recipe; which was used to open a pasty shop in Quinnesec, MI, near Iron Mountain. The Pasty Oven pastys’ popularity grew rapidly. The decision was made to build a USDA plant, so our pastys (trademark spelling) could be distributed throughout the world.

Joann’sauthentic Mackinac Island Fudge, made fresh daily with real cream, butter and only the finest natural ingredients. Joann’s offers 25 fantastic flavors as well as an assortment of hand-dipped chocolates and sugar-free candies. Gift packages, online ordering and shipping available. Several locations downtown.

May’s is currently the oldest fudge shop on Mackinac Island. May’s fudge shop has been family operated for four generations. This summer season we’ll be offering French Vanilla, Amaretto Chocolate Chip, Butter Pecan, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Nut and Plain Chocolate as well as our famous English toffee, Monsters, Pecan Rolls and Clusters.

The Mitten Cafe & Bakeshop serves breakfast, lunch and is a full service bakery specializing custom cakes including weddings. We’re a family owned business that prides ourselves on our tasty recipes and friendly service.

CRUST is dedicated to excellence in artisan principles, with all-natural ingredients that are locally sourced and organic whenever possible. The flours we use in our products are all unbleached and unbromated, and we partner with suppliers who source their wheat from non-GMO sources.

We are a full line retail Bakery and also have a deli with Kowalski, Little Town and othe premium quality products.

Over 25 years ago, John and Darci Scheidt took over the Donut Hole. They started out with only a small selection of bread, donuts, muffins, and bagels that they made themselves each morning.
