Raftshol Vineyards is a small family winery located on Michigan’s scenic Leelanau peninsula. Warren Raftshol, the owner and winemaker, was one of the pioneers to grow red vinifera grapes in the area. The oldest vines are over 20 years old and since 1999 Raftshol Vineyards has been producing quality Bordeaux-style wines, meads and ice wine.

You are welcome to host your event at our unique property, Black Star Farms. Whether you are planning a meeting, a small gathering or a big celebration, we have the venue at our Suttons Bay farm to fit your needs.

The Simpson family has been growing fruit on the Leelanau Peninsula for three generations. Before the cultivation of vineyards, the Simpson’s were a cherry farming family caring for and harvesting over 300 acres. It was Bruce’s father, John Simpson who had the vision of vineyards and a winery.

In March of 2013 Richard Fortune became the proud new owner of Shady Lane Cellars. Rich is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and he and his family have been visiting Leelanau County for over 50 years.

Our story started 20 years ago visiting Leland as a family for the first time. The simplicity and beauty of the “tucked away” secret that is Leelanau has always been what we treasure most about the area.

An Artisan's Approach... We are dedicated to making wines that reflect the unique character and quality of our vineyard and the vineyards of Michigan. Whether carefully sourcing grapes from top sites in the state or from our own vineyard, our winery was built on the belief that great wines begin in the vineyard.

Dave and Jane were introduced to Leelanau County in the late 1980’s when they stayed at Fountain Point Resort in Lake Leelanau. They never missed a year with their family at Fountain Point until 2002 when they built a second home in Leland. In 2004 Dave retired and they moved up to their home in Leland full time.

Old Mission Tours specializes in tours on Old Mission Peninsula. We offer "private" customized tours based on what you want to see or do. We would love the opportunity to show you the amazing Old Mission views, vineyards, wineries, cherry orchards, restaurants, lighthouse, parks, beaches, farms and much much more.

We're off the beaten path, a winery and vineyard that began with the premise that Bernie Rink's five sons needed something to do to stay out of trouble. In 1965, Bernie, then a librarian at Northwestern Michigan College, planted a one-acre test plot of wine grapes in Leelanau County to determine if commercial wine could be made locally.

Our family at Bowers Harbor Vineyards invites you to explore the epic views of Lake Michigan and sample our award winning varietal wines. We are a boutique winery located in Northern Michigan on picturesque Old Mission Peninsula.

We are a small winery with a hand-crafted approach to winemaking, located on the same 45th Parallel that runs through some of the great wine regions of the world. We produce classic varietal wines and fruit brandies of high character and balance.

Brengman Brothers present their Crain Hill Vineyard and Wine Tasting facility to the region. The vineyard and tasting facility are located in Elmwood Township, bordering on Traverse City limits on West Bay.
