Lansing is of course the Michigan State Capitol with a beautiful historic building that in itself is a tourist attraction and a must see for you and your family. As you travel towards Saginaw there are many must see's including the Children's Zoo at Celebration Square and the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum help make this region a favorite destination for the family vacation.

Located in the heart of Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region, Apple Mountain offers the perfect setting for every occasion. Our nine hole "links style" golf course, The Falcon at Hawk Hollow, provides the perfect blend of challenge and playability for golfers of any skill level. The back tees create demanding shots for the accomplished player, while the forward tees allow less experienced players to enjoy a fine round of golf in a beautiful setting.

Forest Akers Golf Courses are recognized as two of the best public golf courses in the state of Michigan and home to the Big Ten champion Michigan State University Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams.

Woodside Golf Course is our latest addition to the Hawk Hollow Golf Properties family. This nine hole facility stretches over 146 acres along Wood Road and it is located less than three miles from Hawk Hollow and Eagle Eye. This will make Woodside one of only a handful of 12 hole courses in the country.

Although Beal Botanical Garden is an outdoor laboratory for students, the general public is warmly invited to make use of the garden to learn about and enjoy plants in a beautiful setting. The garden is open at all times throughout the year without an admission charge.

Wonch Park was purchased in 1969 from Theodore Wonch for $40,660 through the General Fund. This 15 acre park is nestled in a bend of the Red Cedar River and is a highly used recreation area. This park includes sidewalks, picnic areas, and parking that are accessible to individuals with a disability.

The Saginaw Valley Rail Trail covers 9.55 miles of abandoned rail corridor in Saginaw County, stretching from St. Charles to Saginaw. It incorporates a number of natural features including: seven bridges over various rivers and creeks, The Shiawassee State Game Area and many wetland areas.

A 100-acre park in South Lansing; Hawk Island Park features year round outdoor fun. In warm weather months, visitors can enjoy pedal boat rentals, a swimming beach and beach house, concession stand, Splash Pad®, picnicking, a playground, sand volleyball and horseshoes.

Twenty-seven holes of Championship Golf — rated 4 1/2 out of 5 stars by Golf Digest and listed among the top 200 “Places to Play.” This 500 acre track will provide you the opportunity to use every club in your bag. Classic Jerry Matthews layout... beautiful!
